Is Thumbsy free?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit: install the extension, save up to 30 thumbnails and sort them into 3 boards. Pro removes the limits and adds the Vault, the generator and the testing tools for $10 a month.

What does the Chrome extension do?

It puts a save button on thumbnails while you browse YouTube, so anything that catches your eye goes straight into a board. Everything else lives in the Thumbsy web app, which works in any browser.

What is an outlier score?

How many times its channel’s usual views a video got. A 10× video did ten times what that channel normally does, which usually means the thumbnail and title did something right. Those are the ones worth studying.

What are credits for?

Make my version, X-ray and Patterns run on paid AI models, so they use credits. Pro includes 210 credits every month, about 16 new thumbnails. If you need more, packs start at $7.49 and never expire.

Won’t my thumbnail look copied?

You choose a thumbnail for its idea and Thumbsy builds a new one with your topic, your channel’s style and your face. It borrows what works, like the layout or the emotion, not the picture itself.

Can my editor or clients give feedback?

Yes. Share a review link and they can pin comments on the exact spot they mean, and you can upload new versions to the same thumbnail as you go.

Does it work with Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes, with Pro. Add Thumbsy as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and it can search the Vault, look at thumbnails and organise your boards for you.

Can I cancel anytime?
